All I can remember was last Saturday!

I had the privilege to see The Roof before its opening,

Thanks to Manoah for the invite!

The Roof is located at First Avenue, Bandar Utama.

It is the combination of dinning and entertainment happening in the same place, offering the ultimate experience with star attraction in the Klang Valley.

 I got there a little early with some other bloggers too~

There we decided to get ourselves registered while waiting for the others.

While all guests were chilling and the event started,

We were divided into groups based on the sticker we got at the registration counter.

We got a mini tour around The Roof,

We have special spoke person for each place!

Trendy and premium gastro-lounge where patrons love the finer things in life can experience the classy ambiance. 

Signature serve as an ideal and classy experience for social gathering and events to meet customized experience.

Disigner club and is the only premium dance club in Petaling Jaya. Special appearance of local and international DJs as well as live acts.

For sports enthusiasts, featuring major sporting events and live telecasts. A perfect after work retreat, Score offers attractive beer offer and delectable finger food for thirsty sports fans. 

Malt & Leaf

Is the place for cigar & single malt enthusiasts. Equipped with a walk-in glass cigar cabinet with a well curated selection of some of the fresh finest cigar and a delectable glass of whisky a private atmosphere to indulge in.

Once all the 3 groups were done with the mini tour,

we are ready go Up, Up, Up!

To the First Avenue helipad,

Where Stratosphere is, there is our opportunity to take photos of the awesome view at the TOP of the building. 

Everyone was chilling, taking photos, enjoying the 360 view of Petaling Jaya & Kuala Lumpur, the food, the drinks, and the music.

Well, AES Expo and Hair & Makeup Olympics Competition took place at the same venue as Beauty 13 Expo!

If you had pay attention to to my previous post,

I did mention both of these (well, if you don't get it maybe because I didn't mention it so obviously) :P

AES Expo stands for Asia's Premier Esthetic & Skincare Exposition 2013. Aesthetic described as a group of philosophy that commerce with the nature of art, beauty and taste thus, with the creation and appreciation of beauty. 

Nowadays many consumers states the essential of holistic beauty experience, so AES Expo 2013 is going beyond to gather the best of the best beauty, skincare and esthetics professionals in the region's beauty industry.

AES Expo is where exhibitors and visitors can meet. Exhibitors can showcase and build awareness of their elitist brands, services and products to keep ahead of an ever-evolving competitive industry. 

Furthermore, is easier for visitors to reach out to the global beauty industry within a single location.

When all are gathered together at one location, the chances of establishing product and service brand names, developing potential partnership, and launching innovative and new products and services. 

With such interactive environment, exhibitors & visitors can benefits from AES Expo's marketing, public relations and branding activities.

Besides,

Beauty Expo & AES Expo, like I've mentioned in my previous post, there were competition as well! It is the Asia Pacific Hairdressers and Cosmetologist Association (APHCA) The 17th Asia Pacific Hair & Make-Up Olympics Competition!

Definitely a great platform for all makeup artist & hair stylist to grow and gain experiences thus, all participants are from many other countries.

The 17th Asia Pacific Hair and Make-Up Olympics Competition is a yearly event organised by APHCA in different countries around Asia Pacific region. The purpose of this competition is for the local and international talents to showcase and exchanges new knowledge, creativity and ideas with one another as well as it helps industry player to be updated with the latest trends and styles.

Participants for this competition comes from 13 different countries which consist of Australia, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan & Thailand.

This competition took place on 7th of Oct, from 10am to 6pm which consist of 8 rounds of competitions:-

* Ladies Designer Hair Cut

* Men's Avant-Garde Hair Cut

*Evening Elegant Hair Cut

*Bridal Hair

*Ladies Designer Make-Up

*Evening Elegant Make-Up

*Bridal Make-Up

*Fantasy Make-Up

Their makeup and hair styling is so awesome inclusive of their outfits too!

Congratulation to all winners!

With 300 contestants and over 90 judges from the region,

this is something not to be missed by industry player!

How you lovelies handling your Monday blues?

Well, I guess not many of you have Monday blues, if you think of tomorrow!

Because is a PUBLIC HOLIDAY!

My Monday blues started to creep in since I woke up on Sunday morning...... *sad right?* because I've start my new subject for my current semester, and is 8.45am class.....

*cry*

I guess blogging will cheer me up

If you all beauty junkie out there, I'm sure you have heard to Beauty Expo right? Did you manage to go for it?

Well, to be frank, this is my first time ATTENDING, definitely heard of Beauty Expo..

:)

As Beauty 13 Expo is one of the most anticipated annual beauty event in Malaysia where it took place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center at 4th Oct - 7th Oct 2013.

Over 500 specialist from 23 countries gathered to showcase their premier products, over 10,000 products on display from local and international exhibitors inclusive from Singapore, Korea, and Taiwan.

It is so much easier for visitors like us to be where everything is gathered at one location!

There are few categories such as Beauty Salon Spa & Wellness, Hair Products & Equipment, Nail Products & Tools, Packaging, Contract, Manufacturing & Private Labeling and Make-Up Education.

Besides, selling & buying as well as trading, Beauty 13 Expo is also a platform for makeup artist where they can showcase their work in taking part in competition which the contestants are from all over the world!

I'm definitely going to their next coming beauty expo!

So many things to see and learn~

I'm not (really, maybe just a little) a beauty junkie but it won't hurt to know more right?
